SHIPPING TIME FRAME

In-stock items will ship from our Washington Warehouse within 3-5 business days. Most orders are shipped from the HorseWits Warehouse or from our mobile location. 

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

All damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be addressed within 72 hours of delivery. Please notify HorseWits immediately, save all packaging, and take pictures of the order to ensure a claim can be submitted. Items that qualify must be returned before a refund is submitted. 

HorseWits does not claim responsibility for the use/misuse of products or any of the long-term effects of using our products. Always consult with your veterinarian and the manufacturer’s label for directions on dosage and administration. HorseWits is not responsible for delays incurred by our shipping carrier due to weather or other technical issues.
